Andrea Lieberstein

Andrea Lieberstein, MPH, RD, RYT, is a mindful eating expert, speaker, mindfulness-based stress reduction instructor, registered dietitian nutritionist, mindfulness-based coach, and registered yoga instructor. She has been teaching mindfulness meditation since 1993 and leads mindful eating and Well Nourished retreats and trainings at renowned retreat centers internationally. Andrea trains Health Professionals in mindfulness-based eating awareness training (MB-EAT), maintains a private practice and was a leader in developing and implementing Mindfulness and Mind Body Spirit programs at Kaiser Permanente Northern California for over 20 years. She is a author of the new book, Well-Nourished, contributing author to Resources for Teaching Mindfulness: An International Handbook and to The Relaxation and Stress Reduction Workbook.
