Spring Family Day

Family Days are a wonderful opportunity to spend time connecting with your children, yourself, and a supportive community. Come play, share, learn, and open your heart! The morning program includes mindfulness activities for everyone. Then, during the second half of the day, youth ages 4-12 will attend age-appropriate groups with Spirit Rock mindfulness leaders where they will play, create, sing, and practice together. Caregivers will have an opportunity to meditate, listen to a Dharma talk, and connect with each other.

Testimonial

This retreat was like a drink of fresh spring water. I left with renewed hope and confidence, clarity on the specific issues that had been troubling me, and energy to continue my meditation practice at home. These retreats, and meditations in general, are precious gifts.
