Rest just here in the reality of the present. Steady and calm. This wave of experience, received with loving awareness—allow it to rise, be known, and in due season to pass away. You rest in the timeless present, rest in loving awareness. It is who you are—awareness itself, the loving witness of all the waves of experience, all the dramas of human life and human incarnation. You take your seat as the awakened one, as awareness itself, with love, compassion, and an immense freedom.

Love and Relationship: The Great Spiritual Practice

We are always in relationship—with ourselves, partners, family, and the community and world around us. Join us for a day of heartfelt teachings and practices, as Trudy and Jack share what’s helped them over a lifetime of practice. At this time in our lives and in the world, we need the practices of wisdom and love, skill and communion. As we learn the skills of love with those nearby, we can learn to expand this practice to the world beyond.
