Family Days are a wonderful opportunity to spend time connecting with your children, yourself, and a supportive community. Come play, share, learn, and open your heart! The morning program includes mindfulness activities for everyone. Then, during the second half of the day, youth ages 4-12 will attend age-appropriate groups with Spirit Rock mindfulness leaders where they will play, create, sing, and practice together. Parents will have an opportunity to meditate, listen to a Dharma talk, and connect with each other.
