How do we cultivate our own love medicine, that which is healing our hearts? We need time and space in order to suss out where our hearts are weeping and wounded. We need the will and intention to inquire about the conditions ruminating in our heart-mind, and we need the healing power of love sprinkled throughout our medicine cauldron. So as we enter into the spiritual crucible of our heart's fires, we have several choices. We can either burn with such an intensity that we melt all of the elements we put into the cauldron, or we can monitor the heat index as we begin the alchemical process of forging something anew.
