This pre-Valentine’s Day program is an opportunity for couples to awaken the heart of joy and love together. To be intimate, we must learn to be fully present. Through partner meditations, verbal and nonverbal communication exercises, and group sharing, couples will practice the art of intimacy and learn skills to deepen their shared journey. Because this day is mainly partner exercises, please only attend with your partner. No singles attendance.

We Are Nature: Exploring the Body Through the Four Elements

We are often led to falsely believe that there is nature and then there is us, as though we aren’t all intrinsically linked and the same. The Dhamma is here to remind us otherwise. This half-day retreat will explore mindfulness of the body through the four elements to remind us that we are nature. This is not about sitting in silence as the world burns—it’s about tuning into the fact that if the earth is on fire, so are we, and letting that wake up the heart and inspire action.
