Jeff began practicing Insight Meditation in 1996 at Spirit Rock and started a meditation group in Oklahoma in 2003, where he still teaches. He has led groups and retreats across the US, including in California, Arizona, and Massachusetts, and New Mexico. A Chiricahua/Warm Springs Apache and former tribal leader, Jeff is developing culturally relevant meditation teachings for the Native American community.
