It is on a quiet dead-end road in San Geronimo, located just a 3 minute walk from Giaco's Valley Road House with live music and great food. One (or two) parking spaces are available for you in front of the house too.
It's a short bike ride away (no hills) from Spirit Rock, and we will happily loan you a bike if you need one. The house is also just a sweet 40 minute walk (2 miles) through a park ~and you don't have to cross any major roads to get there with our secret shortcut!

Our place is a 5 minute walk to downtown Fairfax, very close to numerous hiking & biking trails, restaurants & shops - & The Good Earth! You’ll love the coziness, the views, the location, and the quiet neighborhood. The living room faces East and we enjoy lovely sun rises. The living room sofa is an American Leather brand sleeper sofa (which is the most comfortable sleeper sofa available). It's super comfortable and is a full size. There is great wifi, cable tv, and use of washer/dryer. There is parking, and access to a lovely outdoor garden area with a ping pong table down below. Note that this is a downstairs unit, down one flight of stairs and we live in the upstairs unit. The rental is for a private 1 bedroom, living/dining room, and full kitchen and bath (There is an office that is part of the unit but closed off from the inside, with separate access that we use during the weekdays.)
