For New & Experienced Practitioners: Insight Mini Retreat with Erin Selover

How do we learn to be with confusion and doubt? Just keep coming back to the practice. Allow everything to unfold by itself—to reveal itself in its own natural way. Clarity only comes when we slow down and give a true internal inventory of where we’re at, how we feel, and how we’re reacting. And know what’s standing in our way. The Dharma is medicine—these wisdom teachings and mindfulness are medicine. When we stabilize ourselves in such a way as to know where our heart is, we start to feel the aliveness and the truth of this moment.
