Monday Night Dharma Talk & Meditation with Jack Kornfield & Friends

Spirit Rock's Monday Night Dharma Talk and Meditation program is open to all and meets every Monday night from 7:15 – 9:15pm in the Community Meditation Center. Jack Kornfield began this weekly practice and gathering over 36 years ago to introduce the practices of awareness and compassion that are the heart of Buddhist teachings. The evening mixes periods of meditative sitting with dharma talks and is appropriate for beginning and experienced students alike and is a great way to find a little peace and quiet in which to sustain you into your week. Come join and experience this special tradition. Sliding scale: $15 - 30.

Join via Livestream at: Spirit Rock Live: Monday Nights with Jack Kornfield & Friends.  Sliding scale: $0 - 108.

Are you new to meditation and Spirit Rock? Join us for our free weekly Community Welcome Program Mondays 6:15 - 7:00pm to learn about how to begin your practice. (Note: no Community Welcome through mid-April).
