Teresa Todoroff

Teresa (she/ella/they) began her spiritual inquiries as an adolescent in the Catholic tradition. After discovering Spirit Rock in 2014, she felt a deep sense of homecoming and belonging in the Theravadan lineage and has since sat over 180 nights of retreat. For over a decade she has supported youth programs, retreat centers and diverse communities across the US, Mexico, Peru, and Brazil. Teresa is especially grateful for her time with Inward Bound Mindfulness Education (iBme), the Spirit Rock Family Program, Rustic Pathways and Aloka Vihara Forest Monastery. She loves working with young folks, whether in a classroom, on Zoom, or in the wilderness, either in English o español. As a bilingual educator, program leader, and former Spirit Rock cook and Retreat Manager, Teresa joyfully revels in the opportunity to practice and serve the dhamma in this lifetime. She finds peace and contentment while strolling with her arthritic dog, baking for others, chanting in Pali, and sending snail mail.
