Teresa Todoroff

Teresa Todoroff, RYT (she/ella/they) began her spiritual inquiries as a teen, initially in the Catholic tradition. Since discovering Spirit Rock in 2014, she has felt a deep sense of homecoming and belonging in the Theravadan lineage and has sat over 100 days of retreat. For over a decade she has supported youth and communities across the Bay Area, Mexico, Peru, and Brazil. Teresa is especially grateful for her time with Inward Bound Mindfulness Education (iBme), the Spirit Rock Family Program, and Rustic Pathways. She loves working with young folks, whether in a classroom, on retreat, or in the wilderness (in English o Español). As a bilingual educator, program leader, movement teacher, and former Spirit Rock cook and Retreat Manager, Teresa appreciates the opportunity to practice and serve the dhamma in diverse environments. She finds peace and contentment on strolls with her dog, baking for others, practicing the paramis, sending snail mail, and connecting with her "dharma sibs" family.
