Adam Stonebraker
Adam Stonebraker discovered and began practicing Yoga and Meditation in 1999 and has been teaching to diverse audiences both locally and internationally since 2010. He draws inspiration from his extensive training in Yin Yoga and Buddhist meditation. Adam’s primary aspiration is to lead people into an understanding of their own uniqueness in mind and body and to have confidence in their own inner wisdom.
Adam teaches workshops, retreats, and yin yoga teacher trainings worldwide and serves on the Leadership Council of Sacred Mountain Sangha, the teaching platform of his primary teachers, Thanissara and Kittisaro.
Adam has had the privilege to study closely with Sarah & Ty Powers, Paul & Suzee Grilley, Mary Ezraty, Kittisaro & Thanissara, and Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche.
In May of 2019, Adam earned an MA in the unique and highly regarded Mindfulness Studies Program at Lesley University in Cambridge Massachusetts.
