Meditation and Yoga

Class meets Thursday mornings, 10 am -12:15 pm, in the Community Meditation Hall.

Each class begins with an hour of mindful yoga (suitable for all levels) followed by a guided meditation, and concludes with a dharma talk, inquiry and discussion. Based on core Buddhist teachings, all classes are an invitation to find greater ease, well-being and joy in life. The schedule of teachers follows. Class is held in the Great Hall unless otherwise noted.
