Meditation and Yoga - Please note the last class will be July 26.
Class meets Thursday mornings, 10 am -12:15 pm, in the Community Meditation Hall.
Each class begins with an hour of mindful yoga (suitable for all levels) followed by a guided meditation, and concludes with a dharma talk, inquiry and discussion. Based on core Buddhist teachings, all classes are an invitation to find greater ease, well-being and joy in life. Cost: $15-30 sliding scale.
The class is held in the Great Hall unless otherwise noted. This class will be ending on July 26, 2018.
