Open Enrollment Period: July 13 – August 31, 2016 (until midnight)
Application Process for 2017 Month Long Retreats - Open Enrollment Period
Our one-month and two-month retreats have become extremely popular and in order to create more ease and fairness, we’ve decided to move away from a “first come-first served” process to an open enrollment period. Applications are being accepted from July 13 – August 31, 2016 (until midnight). This means you have approximately 48 days to submit your application.
No preference is given to when you apply within this enrollment period whether you are applying for scholarship funding or not. Priority will be given to those who were on the waitlist the last two previous years and did not get in. All others will go into a lottery system and be selected at random. After the open enrollment period closes, notifications of acceptance or waitlist status and scholarship awards (if applicable) will be sent by September 30, 2016.
February Teaching Team: James Baraz, Carol Wilson, Guy Armstrong, Sally Armstrong, Andrea Fella, Bonnie Duran, and Martha Link (yoga).
March Teaching Team: Gil Fronsdal, Phillip Moffitt, Adrianne Ross, Nikki Mirghafori, Erin Treat, Ruth King (first two weeks), Kamala Masters (second two weeks), and Kate Johnson (yoga).
People of Color and Young Adult Scholarships
Once again, due to the loving generosity of our sangha members and Spirit Rock’s commitment to ensure these teachings of wisdom and compassion are available to more diverse communities, we will extend scholarship funding to young adults and individuals from Communities of Color for participation in the one-month and two-month retreats. We offer this opportunity in addition to the usual Mudita & Karuna scholarship funds to practitioners with financial hardship.
