Berkeley/Kensington/El Cerrito 

Study group forming to read and practice "Dancing With Life: Buddhist Insights for Finding Meaning and Joy in the Face of Suffering" by Senior Teacher Phillip Moffitt. "Dancing" goes over the Four Noble Truths in depth and how to practice them.  It will meet twice a month for two hours on a weekday evening to be mutually determined.  For people with some Vipassana meditation experience who have a daily practice or intent to form one.  Peer facilitation.  Format: Sit for 20-25 minutes; check-ins about your life, practice, and what resonated for you in the reading; discussion about one or two chapters chosen; closing with Metta practice.The intention is to meet for about six months and then evaluate.  For more information, please contact Catherine - email: cadeneergaard@gmail.com


This new Kalyana Mitta group meets on the 1st, 3rd and sometimes 5th Sunday of the month from 3 to 5pm at Yoga Core Fit, 187 Butcher Road, Vacaville, CA and is committed to nurturing the practice of beginners to vipassana meditation (Aren't we all beginners?) as well as enriching the practice for those more experienced with the dharma. There are periods of sitting and walking meditation with time for dharma discussion and sharing. LGBT group Sundays from 10am-12pm in my home. During our meetings we will have a 20-30 minute peer led meditation, a check-in and a Dharma centered reading agreed upon by the group. Grass Valley

Everyday Mindfulness Practice Group. The focus of the group is practicing with life's everyday challenges and difficulties. We sit for 30 minutes, do a selected group dharma reading and share about our personal experiences.  Meetings are from 6 to 7:30 pm on Sunday evenings.  Contact Tim Cardoza via email at timcardoza@gmail.com 


SPAIN: VITORIA-GASTEIZ: We meet two Thursdays a month (in Spanish), in the beginning online because of the COVID-19, but soon we´ll meet in a place in Vitoria-Gasteiz, in the North of Spain. The aim of the group is to support each person into the practice of meditation and the knowledge of the Dharma, in addition to the development of the Mindfulness. We believe that the group can be a very important help for each one of the members, and a good place to feel the interconnection.
