Troubleshooting Tips & Frequently Asked Questions

Can I rewatch the event later? Will there be a recording?
Yes! A video recording of the full evening will be posted here on this page within a few minutes after the event ends. The recording will be available for three months following this event. If your program used the Zoom platform, recordings may not be available. Please refer to your participant email that should have that detail and the timing of the recording, if one is available.

The event has ended and I am attempting to play the recording, but nothing seems to be happening.
For production reasons, we begin broadcasting 5-10 minutes before the event actually gets underway, so there is always at least some dead airtime at the beginning of the recording. After clicking 'Watch Again' to begin playback, move your mouse cursor over the video and a timeline will appear along the bottom. Click ahead 5-10 minutes on that timeline to skip to the actual beginning of the event.

I cannot find the Closed-Caption (CC) feature on the live video (or on the recording).
In both cases, the "CC" icon first appears in the lower right hand corner when the speaker begins talking. There may be a period of silence at the beginning of the program (or recording). If live viewing, please wait a few minutes until someone begins speaking. And if viewing the recording, fast-forward the recording a few minutes until someone begins speaking and the captions appear.

I am experiencing a technical issue that does not appear in this list.
