Beth Mulligan

Beth Mulligan, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant and has practiced primary care medicine with diverse populations for the past 30 years. She is a certified MBSR teacher and International teacher trainer for the UMASS Center for Mindfulness and is on their faculty. She has been a presenter at the International Scientific Conference on Mindfulness. She is also a certified Mindful Self Compassion teacher and international teacher trainer. Beth teaches MBSR, MSC and Mindful Eating at the Susan Samueli Center for Integrative Medicine at UC Irvine, InsightLA and at Insight Community of the Desert. She is the Guiding Dharma Teacher at Insight Community of the Desert and a long time senior student at Yokoji Zen Mountain Center. She leads meditation retreats internationally, and is the Author of The Dharma of Modern Mindfulness, New Harbinger 2018.
