"Mindfulness, the aware, balanced acceptance of present experience, is at the heart of what the Buddha taught.”
—Sylvia Boorstein

Kodo Conlin

Kodo Conlin took up solitary sitting in 2006. He trained at Tassajara Zen Mountain Center and ordained as a priest in the warm-hearted lineage of Suzuki-roshi. Kodo feels equally a part of the Zen and Vipassana traditions: the practices of insight and the teachings of early Buddhism have been foundational.
