Shelly Graf

Shelly Graf started their practice in 2004 at Common Ground Meditation Center. Since 2010, they've taught meditation for young adults, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction classes, and meditation retreats. They are undergoing the current IMS Teacher Training.
