Susa Talan

Susa Talan is a long-time student of yoga and Insight Meditation, including a period of monastic ordination under Sayadaw U Tejaniya in 2010. Her movement classes are informed by her study of meditation, yoga, tai chi and qi gong with various teachers and practitioners in the US, Burma and Europe. Susa enjoys weaving her experience of the body with her deep interest in the mind and nature. She experiences movement as a platform for cultivating awareness and wisdom as well as health and self-care. Susa is also an artist and illustrator based in Amherst, MA.
