Fresh White

Fresh! White is a Lover of life, Certified Life and Mindfulness Coach, writer, speaker and facilitator, as well as a Meditation and Dharma leader. Fresh! lives to reflect love and self-acceptance to his diverse and expanding global community.
In addition to his private clients, which include activists, artists, nonprofit professionals and other coaches, he is an on-call coach for several organizations including; LeaderSpring's Executive Capacity Building Program; the Brown Boi Project, a gender justice project focused on masculine identified individuals; and as part of the POC coaching team for CompassPoint. Fresh! is also employed part-time at the SF LGBT Center supporting Trans* employment through coaching, counseling and Life & Career workshops.
Fresh! is a contributing author to, Trans Bodies Trans Selves, a health, legal and cultural resource guide for members of the trans* community and those that support us. Fresh! has been facilitating LGBTQ2IA talks and trainings in San Francisco, Oakland and Marin since 2003 at such places at Dominican University, various UCSF Campuses, UC Santa Cruz, SF City College and Public Schools, Yahoo!, Santa Clara, CASA Marin and many more. Fresh! sits on the board of the San Francisco Trans March, Transgender Day of Remembrance, SF and as an Ally on the advisory board for Bridge HIV, SF.
Fresh! is a member and co-leader of EBMC's Family Sangha, and launched the first Bay Area Trans* & GQ Mindfulness and Meditation, group in July 2015. He is also a graduate of the Spirit Rock Community Dharma Leaders Program.
Fresh! loves spending time at Marin beaches watching sunsets, and discovering gems in low tide areas. He's also a big fan of the ethnic and cultural diversity in Oakland, and enjoys time by the lake.
