Vlad Moskovski

Vlad Moskovski is a certified NLP practitioner, yoga instructor, and meditation teacher. Yoga and meditation has been his life and passion for over 10 years. His teaching approach is founded on the philosophy that meditation and mindfulness should be integrated into people's daily lives and the techniques be simple and accessible to all. Using metaphors and story- telling, Vlad is able to share his knowledge in a fun and interactive fashion. He is dedicated to bringing yoga to a variety of population and frequently works with homeless, youth, and elderly.

Vlad was born in Russia, lived in Israel, and grew up in New Jersey before moving to Berkeley, California where he teaches mutliple yoga classes, runs workshops, and hosts dharma events and daylong meditation retreats. He is on the board of Yogis on Wheels, co-founder of the donation based outdoor yoga organization Yoga on the Bay and and runs Meditation Secrets Revealed, a website where he writes articles and publishes his interviews with inspirational leaders.
