Register here!

This immersive training program addresses body, mind, and heart through the study of mindful asana, pranayama, anatomy, mindfulness principles, meditation, and the wisdom teachings of Yoga and Buddhism. Students will develop both their personal practice, as well as the ability to guide and lead others. The heart of the practices will include the Brahma Viharas, with a focus on Metta, providing both refuge and support for kindness and compassion towards ourselves and others.

Testimonials from DYP2- 2019:

"The Yoga & Dharma Teacher Training at Spirit Rock greatly exceeded expectations across the board. The teaching team was all veteran practitioners with decades of experience and human beings who embodied the dharma with heart and integrity. The group of students included diverse ages and backgrounds and immediately felt a deep connection and bond which was a blessing for all of us. We all left the program feeling equipped and inspired to share these beautiful and powerful practices with others." - VA

"Spirit Rock’s DYP program has been transformational for incorporating the Buddhist and Yoga Dharma more fully into my life. While I’ve had a basic understanding of the foundations and lived by them, they hadn’t been a daily breathing fluid part of my life." -KB
