Adrianne Vincent
Adrianne Vincent’s delight in celebrating life’s sacred passages is inspired by over 28 years of vipassana meditation practice, 34 years of yoga practice and her lifelong affinity with nature. Raised in the Christian Church, observing Jewish and Christian holidays as a child, her capacity to integrate different spiritual beliefs with depth, meaning and fluidity offers a ritual space that is both sacred and personal. Her background in Somatic and Healing Arts combined with her extensive experience of world religions facilitates ritual participants in remembering themselves and fully appreciating the spirit behind their identities. She has been teaching mindfulness meditation, Somatics and yoga in North America, South America and Asia since 1990. Adrianne is a minister, meditation teacher and medical educator currently working in the Bay Area. She has been influenced by the teachings of Emilie Conrad and Angela Farmer, and is currently a student of the Diamond Approach with A.H. Almaas. Adrianne is a mother and grandmother and lives in San Francisco with her wife and children.
