Cancellation Policy for Non-Residential Programs
Spirit Rock does not offer refunds for non-residential programs. If you need to cancel your registration, you may offer your fee as a donation to Spirit Rock, or you may request a credit toward a future non-residential event. We are happy to give you a credit; contact us by the deadline mentioned below and use within one year of the date issued. Event fees cannot be applied to residential retreats. No credits or refunds are available for live webcasts or online courses as you receive instant access once you register.
Receiving a Credit:
If you need to cancel and would like a credit for a future event, you must cancel by 4:00pm at least two (2) business days prior to the event (by Thursday at 4:00pm for any weekend events). If you cancel beyond the deadline stated above, you will not receive a credit. Credits are not automatically issued. Please contact our Events Registrar to cancel your registration and receive a credit. If you are unable to reach the Events Registrar in person, you may send a message by email or phone, notifying us of the cancellation. Your message will be date/time-stamped letting us know when your message was sent to us. We will process credits within the next few business days. REMEMBER: Our administrative offices are closed on the weekend.
Using a Credit:
To apply a credit toward a future event, you need to email or call our Events Registrar prior to the event. Credits cannot be accessed at the door or online, so please DO NOT register online for an event in which you would like to use a credit. We appreciate you having the event code and name available so the Events Registrar can accurately register you. REMEMBER: a credit must be used within one year of the date of issue and can be transferred to a future event only once.
