Cancellation Policy for Non-Residential Programs
Spirit Rock does not offer refunds for non-residential programs. If you need to cancel your registration, you may offer your fee as a donation to Spirit Rock, or you may request a credit toward a future non-residential event. The credit must be used within one year of the date issued. Event fees cannot be applied to residential retreats. No credits or refunds are available for live webcasts or online courses as you receive instant access once you register.
Receiving a Credit:
If you need to cancel and would like a credit for a future event, you must cancel by 4:00 pm at least two (2) business days prior to the event (by Thursday at 4:00 pm for any weekend events). If you cancel beyond the deadline stated above, you will not receive a credit. Credits are not automatically issued. Please contact our Events Registrar to cancel your registration and receive a credit.
Using a Credit:
To apply a credit toward a future event, you need to call or email our Events Registrar. Credits cannot be accessed online, so please DO NOT register online for an event in which you would like to use a credit. We appreciate you having the event code and name available so the Events Registrar can accurately register you. REMEMBER: a credit must be used within one year of the date of issue and can be transferred to a future event only once.
