The Gift of Time and Expertise

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Spirit Rock. Volunteers are a vital and integral part of life at Spirit Rock. The programs offered could not be maintained without the support of many dedicated volunteers. Your willingness to serve is greatly appreciated. Each day of every week, volunteers serve Spirit Rock by giving generously of their time and skills. The staff and teachers at Spirit Rock gratefully appreciate the service of these unsung heroes.

Join our sangha of volunteers – serving Spirit Rock as a volunteer can be a great way to connect with like-minded people and get involved with the Spirit Rock Community. We offer the opportunity to practice mindfulness while helping our staff members complete the many tasks that keep programs running in a seamless manner.

The need for your generous gifts of time grows in proportion to the success and high attendance of our programs. Help is increasingly essential in many areas. Volunteers are needed for weekly or monthly commitments as well as periodic and one-time projects. Click here for a list of current volunteer opportunities.

Spirit Rock offers a flexible work exchange program, which allows you to attend nonresidential programs in exchange for your time.
