Weekly drop ins are a great introduction to Spirit Rock teachings. These offerings are suitable for both beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. Pre-registration is not required.
Notice about Changes to Fee Structure, May 1, 2016
You may notice we've changed our fee structure as of May 1, 2016: Our sliding scale fees and your donations to Spirit Rock now guarantee support for our Community Meditation Center (CMC) teachers, so we will no longer ask for teacher dana at programs and events in our CMC. Monday Night Drop In 7:15 - 9:15 pm with Jack Kornfield, Mark Coleman, Nikki Mirghafori, Matthew Brensilver, Will Kabat-Zinn and other guest teachers
Wednesday Morning Meditation & Dharma 9 - 11 am with Sylvia Boorstein or Donald Rothberg or other guest teachers
A period of mindfulness meditation followed by a presentation on Buddhist theory and practice, and discussion. Suitable for beginners, as well as experienced practitioners.
Thursday Women’s Drop In 10 am-12 pm with Grace Fisher or other guest teachers

This drop-in group offers women a place to come together in community to share our wisdom and strengthen our sense of belonging in the world. Each week there will be time for silent meditation, teachings and group discussion. Beginning and experienced meditators welcome.
Friday Morning Meditation & Yoga 10 am – 12:15 pm with Dana DePalma and Ashley Sharp or other guest teachers
An hour of mindful yoga suitable for all levels, followed by meditation and a dharma talk and discussion.
Monthly Drop Ins
Dharma & Recovery
2nd Friday of each month, 7:30 - 9:30 pm with Kevin Griffin or other teachers
This group explores the intersection of recovery with Buddhist Teachings and practices. We welcome all people who identify with any of the full range of addictions, from substances, to behaviors, to habitual thought and emotional patterns. This is not a 12 Step group, but we look to ways that members of that community can support each other on the path of recovery. Each gathering begins with a period of guided meditation and new meditators are welcome. There is time for discussion about meditation practice and each month a recovery/dharma theme will be discussed.
