Being old doesn't seem so old now that I am old...
Beginning May 8, 2014, 2-4:30pm and continuing on the 2nd Thursday of every month. This drop in group will be taught by Anna Douglas, other Spirit Rock teachers, as well as special guests.
Join your peers in re-inventing what it means to be old! How can the teachings and practices of Dharma illuminate and enliven our potential for living our elder years with wisdom and compassion? We will use the tools of meditation and contemplative inquiry to explore our actual experience of aging - which may be different from the culture's prevailing notions.
We will occasionally invite teachers of writing, singing, or movement to encourage creative insights. For all levels of practice experience, and any age over 55.
