Looking for a contemplative alternative to the usual New Year’s Eve?
Would you like to celebrate with a community of like-minded people and set an intention of mindfulness, joy and well-being for 2014?
Join us as we welcome in the New Year with meditation, Dharma, acoustic music, revitalizing qigong and an intention-setting ritual —letting go of the old and inviting in fresh healing energy.
Last year's snack-luck was such a heart-warming success that we invite you to bring your favorite vegetarian dish (preferably organic) again this year! Our sangha really delighted in the wide assortment of your mouth-watering delights. And yes - a microwave will be available if you need one.
Spirit Rock will provide fresh baked cookies (including gluten free), kisses (Hershey style), nuts, fruit, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Dress up, dress down, come as you truly are. All are welcome.
