The journey of aging requires a letting go of outworn roles and self-images, sometimes with difficulty. But as we let go we discover new beginnings as well as a deepening insight into the meaning of the Buddha's teaching on impermanence and no-self. Who am I now? What matters now? What is my focus now? These are the timely questions we will explore through the awareness practices of mindfulness, inquiry, and group discussion. Join with others who share the perspective of being over 55.
Bring a friend for FREE when you register.
