Due to the large number of folks coming to this event, Carpooling is Required. Cars with less than 2 people will be asked to pay a $10 non-carpooling fee. You can find other people on our carpooling forum at our Online Bulletin Board For Ride Sharing.
Folks who can OFFER a ride are really needed. Many people who would like to attend events have no way out here. The Board is usually full of people looking for a ride and not many offers - please help us change that!

Our suffering comes from identifying with the story and feelings of a separate, limited self. The path of true refuge awakens us through three archetypal gateways: Truth (of the present moment), Love and Awareness.
In this workshop we will explore the Buddhist mindfulness and heart practices that bring these gateways alive and reveal our true nature. Our time together will include silent and guided meditations, short talks and time for sharing and questions.
Teachings are appropriate for individuals as well as health care professionals. Continuing Education (CE) credit available. See below for more information.
