It's possible for couples of any age or sexual orientation to share passionate, joyous loving that carries them beyond the small self to the boundless heart. This will not be a class on specific sexual technique; rather we will share practices that bring sexuality and sensuality alive as a beautiful part of the path of awakening.

Teachings are appropriate for individuals as well as health care professionals. Continuing Education (CE) credit available. See below for more information.

This workshop is designed to help participants:

  • Recognize the relationship between intimacy and being fully present.

  • Apply co-meditation practices that deepen intimacy and awakening.

  • Utilize verbal and non-verbal communication skills that transform sexuality into spiritual practice.

  • Recognize how relationship can be a path of healing and transformation, and how sexuality is a part of that path.

Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited and fixed income) are invited to attend this day for $25.

Debra Chamberlin-Taylor and George Taylor have been together for 25 years, and are long-time meditators. They co-facilitate the Courage to Love relationship groups and retreats. Debra has 27 years of experience as a retreat and group facilitator, co-founded Inside/Outside Vision Quests, and teaches meditation nationally. George is a national leader in the Men's community movement and author of Talking with Our Brothers. He is a licensed marriage and family counselor. His spiritual practice combines meditation, creativity, activism in deep ecology and humor.
