Registration not required - just come

Meditation group for women to honor the feminine using silent and guided meditation, movement, seasonal rituals on the land, and group exploration in a safe, nurturing environment.

*Julie Wester is away caring for her mother who is in hospice care. She hopes to be with the class on August 26, and will rejoin the class on a regular basis whenever possible. The Spirit Rock web site is the best source for updates to the teaching schedule.
