Eugene Cash is a Spirit Rock teacher and the founding teacher (since 1993) of San Francisco Insight. He has practiced meditation for over 30 years. Eugene is a co-founder of the Dedicated Practitioners' Program for senior students at Spirit Rock. In addition, Eugene teaches the Diamond Approach®. He is passionate about teaching mindfulness, inquiry and waking up in daily life.
