Micah Miller is a highly regarded yoga teacher and massage therapist. His training and understanding of the body began early in life during intensive athletic training in water polo, leading to an NCAA Championship at UCLA and a gold medal at the Pan American Games.
Micah continued his study of the body majoring in Biology at UCLA as well as undergoing over 1000 hours of intensive massage training at Esalen Institute and the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing. Micah further trained as a yoga instructor in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Thai Yoga Therapy with Saul David Raye and Shiva Rea.
An avid surfer and dancer, Micah is dedicated to 'flow' as a life practice. Through this diverse and dedicated training, Micah has developed a way of teaching embodied mindfulness through somatic practices and movements, helping people integrate mindfulness more fully by bringing it alive in the body
