Rachel Lanzerotti, MSW, E-RYT is a somatic educator and instructor of mindfulness meditation and Hatha yoga. Rachel is an avid student of the body and a practitioner of Vipassana meditation, as well as a graduate of Spirit Rock's Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation Training Program and MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Teacher Training.
