Erin Hill Selover started her Buddhist meditation practice over 10 years ago while serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Kingdom of Tonga. She has taught meditation retreats nationally for teenagers and teaches the Mindfulness Based Emotional Balance curriculm developed by Margaret Cullen. In addition to sharing Dharma, she is a psychotherapist in private practice in Oakland specializing in mindfulness-based approaches.
